Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. The app works fully without one, and nothing leaves your device. An account is only for syncing a family's progress between devices, such as a bathroom tablet and a parent's phone.

How do I get to the parent area?

Press and hold the parent button, then answer the sum shown. Accounts, settings, reminders, the clinic code and deleting data are all in there.

How do clinic prize tickets work?

Families of Bowker Creek Dental can enter the patient code the clinic gives them in the parent area. Kids then earn a real prize ticket every 50 brushes, to show at the front desk on their next visit. Tickets have no cash value.

How do I delete our data?

In the parent area, open Account and choose Delete all our data. This permanently removes your account, every child profile and all brushing history from our servers. Or email us and we'll do it.

Are there ads or purchases?

No ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking and no analytics. Ever. See the privacy policy.
